SECURITY CAMERA INSTALLATION

Over the last couple of years, we have unfortunately dealt with a number of vandalism issues and non-homeowner access issues at our community pool. There have also been reports of unaccompanied minors which has been very alarming. It is our hope to offer a safe and comfortable environment for all of the homeowners in our community and after several board meetings, the board has now had security cameras installed.

COMMUNITY POOL RULES (see photos below for reference)

The pool rules are listed on signage in the bulletin board on the exterior of the pool fencing and throughout the pool area. If you have any questions regarding the rules, please contact us. If you witness violations at the pool, please contact a member that you feel comfortable reporting to. You are also welcome to submit an anonymous alert to the Sheriff's office if you witness people in the pool area outside of operating hours. People who are in the pool area after hours will be reported as trespassers to the authorities.



POOL HOURS

Pool hours are from 8am to 8pm. Please continue to make sure that the gate is completely secure when entering and exiting the pool.



NEW GATE KEYS ARE AVAILABLE

New pool keys are being issued and the gate at the pool has been re-keyed. Each homeowner will receive (1) key as long as HOA fees are paid in full. If, in the future, a key must be replaced, Homeowner’s will need to pay the $50.00 replacement fee. Please contact us through email to schedule a key pickup.
