SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM

It is our hope to offer a safe and comfortable pool environment for all of the homeowners in our community. To ensure consistent monitoring, security cameras are utilized in the pool area.

COMMUNITY POOL RULES (see photos below for reference)

The pool rules are listed on signage in the bulletin board on the exterior of the pool fencing and throughout the pool area. If you have any questions regarding the rules, please contact us. If you witness violations at the pool, please contact a member that you feel comfortable reporting to. You are also welcome to submit an anonymous alert to the Sheriff's office if you witness people in the pool area outside of operating hours. People who are in the pool area after hours will be reported as trespassers to the authorities.

POOL HOURS

Pool hours are from 8am to 8pm. Please continue to make sure that the gate is completely secure when entering and exiting the pool.

GATE KEYS

Each homeowner will receive (1) key as long as HOA fees are paid in full. If, in the future, a key must be replaced, Homeowner’s will need to pay the $50.00 replacement fee. We will respond to your email or call within 24 business hours.
