The HOA and Neighborhood

Welcome to Yuma Meadows Homeowners' Association. Our small community is a great place to live! Our homeowner's have access to a beautiful community pool and well-maintained green spaces.

Yuma Meadows Homeowners' Association was founded in 2000 by the community builder. A board of 3 Officers and several Members at Large meet once monthly to discuss budget expenditures and maintenance issues. HOA fees are utilized to maintain the pool area and the green spaces located within the small community. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions outline what is expected of homeowners that live in the community.

Benefits

Our small community offers a beautiful, well-maintained, heated pool. This pool is open from 8am to 8pm, year-round, and heated during cooler months. Rules are posted at the entrance to the pool. There are also 5 small green spaces available to play in or walk your favorite pets at. We do ask that all trash and animal waste be disposed of.

100 homes reside in our quiet Yuma Meadows community. With easy access to school bus stops, shops, groceries, gyms, medical facilities, and eating establishments, we have much to offer in our neighborhood.
